01 What we found
Buyers are already looking. They find someone else.
Before we planned a single post we asked the assistants what a villa owner would ask, read your Instagram and LinkedIn like a buyer would and looked at who shows up instead of you.

Your accounts today
Your bio says neither villas nor how to book a visit. A buyer who lands there has no reason to stay.
The gap
The studios that get named show finished rooms. Nobody in your category shows how a villa is planned. That is the space we take.
02 The idea
Every post starts from how a family uses a house.
Not from how a room photographs. For three months we show the questions you ask before you draw anything and the materials you choose to age well. Then the rooms that came out of it and the people who make them.

Pillar one
The brief
The questions before the drawings: who cooks, where the shoes go.

Pillar two
Materials
The stone and oak we choose. How each one ages.

Pillar three
The work
Finished rooms, with the reason behind each choice.

Pillar four
The studio
Site visits and the people behind the sketches.
03 The look
Warm light, real materials, real people.

Interior design for villas and apartments in Dubai, planned around how you live
About
Wraythe Studio designs villas and apartments in Dubai around the people who live in them. Every project starts with a brief about how the house is used, like who cooks and where the shoes go. From there we choose stone, oak and linen that age well and draw rooms that stay calm for years. The studio is in Al Quoz and visits are by appointment.
The company page mirrors Instagram with its own posts: a short text first, then the video. LinkedIn is where owners and property managers find a studio for their next project.
