01 Story

A house is planned around a family.

Interior design for villas and apartments in Dubai, planned around how you live.

Wraythe starts every project with the brief, not the mood board. Who cooks, who works from home, where the shoes go. The rooms come out of those answers and the materials are chosen for how they will look in ten years.

The brief decides the room. The questions before the drawings matter more than any sofa.
Materials should age well.Stone, oak and linen, chosen for the colour they become.
Real rooms, real people. We show finished work and the people who made it, never a render passed off as a room.
Who it is for.Villa and apartment owners in Dubai planning a renovation. Also the property managers who advise them.

02 Voice

One word in each headline goes into oak italic. Never two. Both faces are free on Google Fonts, so your team and your printer can use them.

06 Photography

Afternoon light and hands at work.

Every photo looks like it was taken on a real visit to a real house in Dubai. Warm side light, materials close enough to touch, a person in the frame at least once a week.

Rooms in low side light, never flat and bright.
Materials close enough to see the grain.
The brief at the table, with the people in it.
Samples as they sit on the studio table.
The small places: an entrance, a bench.
Drawings in progress, never a finished render.
NoRenders presented as finished rooms.
NoSmiles aimed at the camera, stock backdrops.
NoWords over a busy photo without a shade under them.

07 In the feed

How nine posts sit together.

The photo postA full photograph, one headline, one oak word, a short rule above it.
The plain photoNo words at all. It lets the grid breathe.
The ReelThe same photo with a slow push in and the headline arriving.
The cardLinen ground, charcoal type. At most one in every nine.
The rhythmAbout a third of each, never the same photo twice in nine.
