Search for “real estate agent linkedin profile examples” and the first things you find are headline templates written for American realtors. A Dubai broker sells something different: off plan, ready units, a tower in Marina or a villa on a master community, to buyers who may be abroad. A profile that says “Real Estate Agent at” and the brokerage name does none of that work.
This is a worked example, not a study. The broker below is invented and I have not measured what any profile earns.
What do real estate agents search for about LinkedIn?
They search for examples. Google autocomplete in the UAE locale on 19 October 2026 offered “real estate agent linkedin”, “real estate agent linkedin profile examples”, “real estate agent linkedin profile”, “real estate agent linkedin banner” and “real estate agent dubai linkedin”. Nobody typed a question about being found. They want to see what a good one looks like, so here is one.
What does a weak agent profile look like?
It is the default. LinkedIn fills the headline with your job title and employer, and most agents leave it. The About section is often empty or a paragraph about passion for property. A buyer, a developer or an assistant reading it learns that you work at a brokerage and nothing about what you sell.
The invented profile we start from:
| Section | Weak version |
|---|---|
| Headline | Real Estate Agent at a Dubai brokerage |
| About | Passionate about helping clients find their dream home |
| Featured | Empty |
How should a Dubai broker write the headline?
Name what you sell, where and to whom. The 360training guide of 19 March 2026 advises including what you do, where you work and any specialties. In Dubai the where is an area and the specialty is a kind of property.
A rewrite: “Broker for ready apartments in Dubai Marina and JLT | Arabic and English | Buyers abroad and first time investors”.
Put the facts a reader needs in the first words, because a headline is cut short next to your name in comments and requests. Leave out “top” and “number one” unless you can show where the rank comes from.
What goes in the About section?
Write it as plain sentences that answer what a buyer would ask you. Who you work for, which areas, which kinds of property and what you do from first call to handover. Add your licence details as your regulator shows them, the languages you work in and how to reach you.
A rewrite: “I help buyers purchase ready apartments in Dubai Marina and JLT. Most of my clients live abroad and buy as investors, so I handle viewings by video, the paperwork and the handover. I work in Arabic and English. Licensed broker, number on request.”
Short sentences with real names of places are easy for a person to skim and for an assistant to quote. Skip claims you cannot back with a document.
What should a real estate agent post on LinkedIn?
Post what a serious buyer or partner would want to see before replying. One finished sale, written as a short story, does more than a listing photo with a price. Say the area, the type of unit, who it was for and what was hard, with the client’s permission and no private figures.
A first post: “Handed over a one bedroom in JLT this week to a buyer in London who never visited. Three video viewings, one payment plan question and a snag with the title deed that took nine days. Here is what I would tell the next remote buyer to ask for first.”
Then pin or feature it. Post the next one when the next sale closes. Our earlier look at thirteen Dubai brokerage accounts on Instagram, 13 October 2026, found the median posting 2.33 times a week there. LinkedIn does not need that pace. A post after each handover is enough to keep the profile recent.
How does this connect to the Instagram feed and to assistants?
Use the same facts in both places. The area, the property type and the languages in your headline should match your Instagram bio and the text on your agency page. A buyer who finds you in one place and checks the other should see the same person.
For an assistant it gives the same plain facts in three places. I did not ask any assistant about this post and cannot show you an answer, and nobody can promise you a mention. If you want to see how readable your own pages are, our audit shows it.
