Deleting your data

You can have everything we hold about your firm deleted, at any time, without giving a reason. This page explains how to ask, what goes and how long it takes.

How to ask

Email info@nomo-creative.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". If you cannot email from that address, tell us your firm name and we will verify another way before deleting anything.

You do not need an active subscription to make this request and making it does not cost anything.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your firm's record, settings and preferences
• Brand material you uploaded, including images and voice recordings
• Content we drafted for you, whether published or not
• Records of what we published and when
• Your AI checks and their screenshots
• Messages between us held in the dashboard

What happens to connected accounts

If you connected LinkedIn or Instagram, we delete the access tokens that let us publish on your behalf. That access ends immediately and we cannot post anything afterwards. You can also revoke it yourself at any time from inside LinkedIn or Instagram, without telling us first.

Posts already published to your own accounts stay there, because they belong to you and sit on platforms we do not control. Delete any of them yourself whenever you like.

What we keep and why

We keep invoices and payment records, because tax law requires it. These contain your firm name, the amounts and the dates. They do not contain your content, your uploads or your connected accounts.

Payments are processed by Stripe, who hold their own records under their own policy. We never see or store your card details.

How long it takes

We action deletion requests within 30 days, usually within a few working days. We email you when it is done. Backups roll off within a further 30 days, after which nothing remains.
